Multi-dimensional analytics

As part of this workflow, we process each comment individually, typically revealing 3-4 talking points related to a topic, sentiment, or opinion. For each talking point, our platform executes a series of analytical workflows:

The category within the Workplace Mix™ to which the talking point belongs. A talking point can have multiple tags
Topic labelling
When comments have multiple tags/themes, the platform identifies connections between the tags/themes that are frequently discussed together
Relationship analysis
Identifies key themes from your data using unique thematic labels. Our platform generates definitions for each theme to aid navigation
Topic mining
Talking points from a specific theme are compiled to create a summary paragraph, providing an overall understanding of sentiment and insights within that theme
