A major new research initiative, WorkPulse, has been launched by workspace provider Workpattern in collaboration with AI-powered analytics platform Audiem. This ongoing project aims to uncover emerging workplace trends by tracking employee sentiment across industries and regions.
With shifting attitudes towards work and increasing pressure to optimise corporate real estate, WorkPulse will provide valuable insights into how employees feel about their workspaces, the technology they use, and workplace culture.
Using Audiem’s cutting-edge AI, thousands of qualitative responses will be analysed to identify key themes and trends. The goal? To help workplace leaders make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance productivity, engagement, and well-being.
“This is the perfect time to track evolving workplace attitudes,” said Paul Glaister, Brand Principal at Workpattern. “We want to provide workplace professionals with real trend analysis to shape their strategies. Audiem’s unique AI-driven approach helps us understand the ‘why’ behind these attitudes.”
Audiem’s Co-Founder, Ian Ellison, added: “This project allows us to map UK-based workplace trends at scale. We’re excited to bring deeper insights to workplace teams and share findings as WorkPulse progresses.”
The survey is anonymous, takes 10 minutes to complete, and is open to employees across multiple sectors. Findings will be published in an annual WorkPulse report, with regular updates as new data is gathered.
